1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement," or "Terms of Use") govern access to and use of ReverSEO, including the ReverSEO website, software, services, dashboards, page-building tools, publishing tools, business-intelligence tools, artificial-intelligence-assisted features, partner tools, organization tools, administrative functions, development environments, source materials, documentation, systems, workflows, processes, designs, interfaces, and related services.
By creating an account, signing in, accepting these Terms, using ReverSEO, receiving authorized access, participating in development or testing, or otherwise accessing ReverSEO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use ReverSEO.
2. Purpose of ReverSEO
ReverSEO is a proprietary organic-search visibility, content-development, page-generation, publishing, optimization, business-intelligence, and related technology platform.
ReverSEO may assist businesses with organizing business information, identifying search opportunities, developing page strategies, preparing content, creating search-focused pages, reviewing competitive information, publishing pages, managing web properties, connecting analytics and search tools, and performing other functions made available through the Platform.
ReverSEO is intended to be used for legitimate professional and business purposes.
3. Proprietary Nature of ReverSEO
ReverSEO contains valuable proprietary technology, confidential information, intellectual property, software, source code, object code, processes, prompts, system instructions, workflows, page-generation strategies, content structures, business rules, database structures, interface designs, algorithms, internal tools, administrative systems, pricing systems, publishing methods, account structures, partner systems, quality-control methods, technical architecture, and business know-how.
Access to ReverSEO does not transfer ownership of any ReverSEO technology, intellectual property, confidential information, methodology, code, or business system to the user.
4. No Copying, Cloning, or Replication
You may not copy, reproduce, clone, mirror, duplicate, imitate, emulate, reproduce the functionality of, or create a substantially similar version of ReverSEO.
This restriction applies whether the activity is performed manually, automatically, through software, through contractors, through employees, through artificial intelligence, through screenshots, through documentation, through source-code inspection, through observation of the Platform, or through any other method.
You may not use ReverSEO as a blueprint for developing another SEO platform, page-generation system, content-generation service, publishing platform, artificial-intelligence marketing system, search-visibility platform, SaaS product, or competing business.
5. No Use of ReverSEO Knowledge to Build a Competing Platform
You may not intentionally use confidential or proprietary information learned through ReverSEO access to create, assist in creating, finance, advise, develop, operate, market, or improve a competing or substantially similar product or service.
This includes nonpublic information concerning:
- ReverSEO customer workflows;
- business discovery processes;
- campaign organization;
- page-strategy generation;
- search-intent methodologies;
- page-building architecture;
- content-generation logic;
- quality-control systems;
- publishing workflows;
- partner systems;
- account structures;
- pricing and page-allocation systems;
- internal prompts and system instructions;
- database structures;
- administrative tools;
- technical architecture;
- proprietary user-experience design;
- or other confidential ReverSEO implementation details.
6. No Reverse Engineering
Except where applicable law expressly prohibits such a restriction, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive, reconstruct, inspect, probe, or attempt to discover the underlying construction of ReverSEO.
You may not intentionally attempt to discover or reproduce:
- private source code;
- private APIs;
- database structures;
- internal prompts;
- system instructions;
- security mechanisms;
- private administrative functionality;
- authentication mechanisms;
- proprietary algorithms;
- or confidential business logic.
7. No Unauthorized Copying of Source Code
ReverSEO source code, scripts, handlers, classes, functions, components, styles, templates, database logic, SQL, application logic, publishing logic, integrations, server logic, client-side logic, and automation logic are proprietary except where expressly identified otherwise.
ReverSEO code may not be removed from the project and reused for another client, employer, business, personal project, product, website, or competing platform without express authorization.
8. Confidentiality
Users, employees, developers, contractors, partners, administrators, and other authorized individuals may encounter information that is not publicly available.
Confidential information may include:
- source code;
- software architecture;
- internal prompts;
- database information;
- business logic;
- development plans;
- unreleased functionality;
- customer information;
- partner information;
- security information;
- credentials;
- API information;
- pricing strategies;
- testing procedures;
- internal documentation;
- and other nonpublic information.
Confidential information must not be disclosed or used for unauthorized purposes.
9. Authorized Use Only
ReverSEO may be used only for legitimate and authorized purposes.
Access may not be sold, sublicensed, rented, leased, transferred, shared, resold, or commercially redistributed unless expressly authorized.
10. Professional and Mature Conduct
ReverSEO is a professional business platform. Users are expected to behave in a mature, responsible, respectful, and professional manner.
Use reasonable judgment. Do not intentionally engage in conduct that a reasonable customer, business owner, employee, partner, developer, or professional would consider abusive, reckless, dishonest, disruptive, offensive, threatening, malicious, or grossly inappropriate.
The fact that a specific inappropriate behavior is not individually listed in these Terms does not mean that obviously improper conduct is permitted.
11. Profanity and Offensive Content
Content created, requested, entered, uploaded, edited, generated, or published through ReverSEO should remain suitable for a professional business audience.
Users may not intentionally use ReverSEO to publish excessive:
- profanity;
- obscene language;
- sexually explicit material;
- hateful language;
- threatening language;
- slurs;
- abusive personal attacks;
- graphic vulgarity;
- or content designed primarily to humiliate, intimidate, or offend.
12. No Harassment or Bullying
ReverSEO may not be used to harass, stalk, bully, intimidate, threaten, shame, humiliate, or maliciously target another individual or business.
Legitimate professional comparisons may be permitted. Personal attacks and malicious campaigns are not.
13. Competitor Content
ReverSEO may create or assist with competitor comparisons, alternatives, nearby-provider pages, and other competitive content.
Users must not knowingly publish fabricated reviews, false accusations, invented deficiencies, defamatory statements, malicious rumors, or intentionally misleading claims about competitors.
Competitive content should focus on legitimate business distinctions such as services, features, customer fit, location, experience, value, availability, and other relevant considerations.
14. No False or Misleading Claims
Users are responsible for claims made about their businesses.
You may not knowingly instruct ReverSEO to falsely claim:
- awards that were never received;
- licenses that are not held;
- certifications that were not earned;
- services that are not offered;
- locations that are not served;
- experience that does not exist;
- guarantees that are not offered;
- fabricated reviews;
- or credentials that do not belong to the business.
15. Responsibility for Generated Content, Artificial Intelligence, and Third-Party Processing
15. Responsibility for Generated Content, Artificial Intelligence, and Third-Party Processing
ReverSEO uses artificial intelligence, automated systems, and third-party technology providers, including OpenAI, to assist with content generation, analysis, business intelligence, recommendations, search optimization, page creation, and other features of the Platform.
Information submitted to ReverSEO may be transmitted to and processed by these providers when reasonably necessary to provide those features.
Information processed in this manner may include business information, website content, descriptions of products and services, professional information, operational information, customer or market information, industry information, and other materials supplied by the user or collected from websites at the user's direction.
By creating an account, accepting these Terms, submitting information to ReverSEO, or using artificial-intelligence-assisted features, you acknowledge and agree that such information may be processed by artificial-intelligence systems and third-party service providers, including OpenAI, for purposes including analysis, content generation, summarization, classification, recommendations, business intelligence, search optimization, page creation, and other functions provided through the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right, authority, permission, and any necessary consent to provide information submitted to ReverSEO and to permit ReverSEO and its authorized service providers to process that information as described in these Terms and any applicable Privacy Policy.
Users should not submit passwords, authentication credentials, Social Security numbers, complete payment-card information, patient records, protected health information, or other highly sensitive personal information unless ReverSEO has expressly authorized the use of such information for the applicable service.
Artificial intelligence and automated systems can make mistakes, produce incomplete information, or generate inaccurate results. Users are responsible for reviewing important information before relying upon it, publishing it, or using it in connection with their business, customers, patients, clients, products, services, advertising, legal obligations, regulated activities, or professional services.
Important information may include:
- pricing;
- addresses;
- telephone numbers;
- service areas;
- business hours;
- professional credentials;
- warranties;
- guarantees;
- competitor information;
- regulated claims;
- medical, legal, financial, or other professional information;
- and other material business facts.
Users remain responsible for determining whether generated content is appropriate for their particular business, industry, jurisdiction, and intended use before publication or reliance.
16. No Illegal Activity
ReverSEO may not knowingly be used to facilitate illegal activity, infringement, fraud, unlawful impersonation, theft, malicious access, privacy violations, or other unlawful conduct.
17. No Spam or Malicious Infrastructure
ReverSEO may not be used to create phishing pages, malware pages, credential-harvesting pages, fraudulent domains, mass impersonation pages, abusive spam networks, deceptive redirects, or similar malicious infrastructure.
18. Account and Credential Security
Account credentials must be protected from unauthorized use.
Users are responsible for taking reasonable measures to protect passwords, authentication information, and privileged access.
19. Developer, Contractor, Employee, and Technical Contributor Terms
The following provisions specifically apply to developers, programmers, software engineers, contractors, subcontractors, freelancers, consultants, employees, agencies, system administrators, database administrators, DevOps personnel, technical support personnel, quality-assurance testers, security professionals, artificial-intelligence consultants, and any other person granted technical or administrative access to ReverSEO.
These requirements apply regardless of the country, state, province, territory, or geographic location from which the work is performed.
20. ReverSEO Technical Access Is for ReverSEO Work Only
Any technical access provided for ReverSEO may be used only for authorized ReverSEO work.
ReverSEO resources may not be used for:
- a personal project;
- another employer;
- another customer;
- another consulting engagement;
- a side business;
- a competing product;
- a training project;
- a demonstration;
- a portfolio project;
- another SaaS application;
- or another commercial or noncommercial project.
21. API Keys, Passwords, Tokens, and Secrets
All technical credentials associated with ReverSEO are confidential and restricted to authorized ReverSEO use.
This includes, without limitation:
- API keys;
- OAuth client IDs;
- OAuth client secrets;
- OAuth authorization codes;
- OAuth access tokens;
- OAuth refresh tokens;
- OpenAI API keys;
- other artificial-intelligence provider keys;
- cloud-provider credentials;
- Stripe or payment-provider credentials;
- webhook signing secrets;
- database usernames;
- database passwords;
- connection strings;
- SMTP credentials;
- email-service credentials;
- DNS credentials;
- hosting credentials;
- FTP credentials;
- SFTP credentials;
- SSH keys;
- private keys;
- certificates;
- encryption keys;
- session secrets;
- cookie secrets;
- deployment credentials;
- repository credentials;
- administrator passwords;
- service-account credentials;
- environment variables containing secrets;
- and similar authentication information.
22. OpenAI and Other Artificial-Intelligence Credentials
OpenAI credentials and credentials for any other artificial-intelligence provider supplied through or used by ReverSEO may be used only for authorized ReverSEO operations.
They may not be used for:
- personal experimentation;
- another client;
- another employer;
- another SaaS product;
- another website;
- another application;
- personal chatbot use;
- unrelated image generation;
- unrelated code-generation experiments;
- unrelated data processing;
- or any other unauthorized activity.
Access to a credential is not permission to use it.
Knowledge of a credential does not create ownership of that credential.
23. OAuth Credentials and Connected Accounts
ReverSEO OAuth credentials, authorization codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, application registrations, callback configurations, connected accounts, and related authentication information are confidential.
Developers may not use ReverSEO OAuth credentials to authenticate an unrelated application.
Developers may not copy tokens into an unrelated system, redirect ReverSEO authorization into another product, or use connected customer accounts outside authorized ReverSEO functionality.
24. No Personal Use of Company Resources
ReverSEO credentials, subscriptions, AI credits, computing resources, servers, domains, storage, payment accounts, email accounts, databases, software licenses, and third-party services may not be used for personal benefit without authorization.
The existence of unused quota, credits, storage, computing resources, or API capacity does not authorize personal consumption of those resources.
25. Worldwide Application of Developer Obligations
These technical security and confidentiality obligations apply regardless of where a developer or contractor is physically located.
Remote work, international work, or access from another country does not convert ReverSEO credentials, intellectual property, confidential information, source code, customer information, technology, or resources into personal property.
26. No Unauthorized Sharing With Other Developers
A developer may not give ReverSEO credentials, source code, database access, server access, customer information, internal documentation, prompts, security information, or confidential information to another developer merely because that person also performs technical work.
Access must be specifically authorized.
27. No Uploading Secrets to Unauthorized External Services
ReverSEO credentials and confidential information must not intentionally be submitted to unauthorized external services.
This includes unauthorized use of:
- public artificial-intelligence systems;
- personal AI accounts;
- paste websites;
- public code repositories;
- public debugging services;
- internet forums;
- personal cloud-storage accounts;
- unapproved collaboration systems;
- or similar third-party services.
28. No Secrets in Public Repositories
API keys, passwords, tokens, OAuth secrets, private keys, database credentials, connection strings, customer information, and other secrets must not knowingly be committed to public source-code repositories.
If a credential is accidentally exposed, the incident should be reported promptly so the credential can be revoked, rotated, replaced, or secured.
29. No Copying Production Data
Production customer information, authentication information, business data, account information, uploaded files, billing information, database records, credentials, and similar operational data may not be copied for personal use.
Developers may not maintain unauthorized personal archives of ReverSEO production data.
30. No Using ReverSEO as an Unauthorized Training Dataset
ReverSEO source code, proprietary prompts, confidential documentation, internal communications, customer information, architectural materials, screenshots, database contents, generated outputs, and other confidential materials may not be intentionally used to train, fine-tune, benchmark, evaluate, teach, or improve an unrelated artificial-intelligence model, commercial product, or competing service.
31. No Code Removal or Commercial Reuse
Code created for or contained within ReverSEO may not be intentionally removed and reused for another client, employer, product, personal business, competing platform, public repository, or unrelated commercial development without authorization.
32. No Unauthorized Repository Mirroring
Developers may not create unauthorized mirrors, clones, archives, or backups of ReverSEO repositories outside approved systems.
Local development copies may be maintained only as reasonably necessary for authorized ReverSEO work.
33. General Skills vs. ReverSEO Confidential Information
ReverSEO does not claim ownership of a developer's general programming ability, general professional knowledge, or independently developed skills.
However, developers may not intentionally misappropriate ReverSEO confidential information, proprietary code, protected business logic, internal prompts, trade secrets, credentials, or private architecture for use in another product.
34. Access Is Limited to Assigned Work
A technical account may sometimes permit broader access than is required for a specific assignment.
Broader technical capability does not constitute broader authorization.
Developers should access only information and systems reasonably necessary to perform their authorized work.
35. Customer and User Information
Developers and authorized technical personnel may encounter confidential information belonging to ReverSEO customers, partners, users, employees, or organizations.
That information may not be sold, harvested, transferred, exploited, independently solicited, or used for personal benefit.
36. Screenshots, Videos, and Portfolio Material
Developers may not publicly display confidential ReverSEO screenshots, videos, screen recordings, source-code excerpts, architecture diagrams, unreleased interfaces, customer information, administrative interfaces, or internal systems without authorization.
Participation in ReverSEO development does not automatically authorize publication of the project in a public portfolio.
37. When Employment or Contract Work Ends
When employment, development work, consulting, contracting, or another authorized relationship ends, authorization to access ReverSEO systems also ends unless expressly continued.
Former contributors must cease unauthorized access to:
- repositories;
- servers;
- databases;
- cloud accounts;
- AI-provider accounts;
- payment systems;
- OAuth applications;
- email systems;
- customer information;
- administrative systems;
- and other company resources.
38. Credentials Must Not Be Retained for Future Use
A former employee, developer, contractor, or consultant may not retain or use a credential simply because that credential continues to function.
A credential that has not yet been revoked does not create authorization to continue using it.
39. Security Incident Reporting
Suspected credential leaks, unauthorized access, exposed API keys, compromised accounts, public commits containing secrets, stolen devices, unauthorized database access, customer-data disclosures, malware, or similar security incidents should be reported promptly.
Users should not conceal security incidents or mistakes when prompt reporting could reduce harm.
40. Revocation and Rotation of Credentials
ReverSEO may revoke, rotate, replace, limit, or disable credentials at any time for security, operational, personnel, contractual, or administrative reasons.
41. Technical Capability Is Not Authorization
Permission must not be inferred merely because:
- a developer can technically access a system;
- a password is stored on a machine;
- an API key is visible in configuration;
- a token has not expired;
- a server accepts a login;
- a repository can be cloned;
- an administrator has not yet revoked access;
- or an account contains unused credits.
Technical capability is not the same as authorization.
42. No Credential Sharing
Account passwords, API keys, OAuth credentials, administrator accounts, database credentials, private keys, authentication tokens, and similar credentials may not be shared with unauthorized persons.
43. Security
You may not intentionally:
- bypass authentication;
- bypass payment requirements;
- manipulate account balances;
- alter another user's data without authorization;
- access another user's workspace without authorization;
- circumvent permissions;
- introduce malware;
- disable security controls without authorization;
- or interfere with ReverSEO servers or services.
44. User-Owned Business Content
Users retain applicable ownership rights in legitimate business materials they provide to ReverSEO, such as logos, photographs, descriptions, and business information, subject to the permissions necessary for ReverSEO to provide the Services.
Users represent that they have the right to provide materials uploaded to the Platform.
45. Third-Party Intellectual Property
Users should not upload copyrighted photographs, trademarks, logos, text, videos, designs, or other materials unless they have the legal right to use those materials.
46. ReverSEO Intellectual Property
Except for user-owned content and applicable third-party materials, ReverSEO and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Platform and its proprietary materials.
47. Suggestions and Feedback
If a user voluntarily provides suggestions, bug reports, enhancement requests, recommendations, or other feedback concerning ReverSEO, ReverSEO may use that feedback to improve its products and services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
48. Testing and Pre-Release Access
Individuals granted development, beta, preview, employee-testing, contractor-testing, partner-testing, or pre-release access acknowledge that functionality may change and may contain errors.
Testing access does not create a right to copy, disclose, publish, commercialize, or reproduce unreleased functionality.
49. Partner Organizations
Partner Organization access, pricing, membership tools, account structures, or other benefits do not transfer ownership of ReverSEO intellectual property.
Partner Organizations may not clone, rebrand, reproduce, white-label, or commercially redistribute ReverSEO unless expressly authorized by a separate written agreement.
50. Suspension of Access
ReverSEO may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect Platform security, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, enforce payment requirements, protect intellectual property, address unlawful conduct, protect customers, or enforce these Terms.
51. Termination
Access may be terminated for material violations of these Terms or other applicable agreements.
Confidentiality, intellectual-property, credential-security, anti-copying, and similar obligations may survive termination where appropriate.
52. Fees and Payments
ReverSEO accounts may be subject to activation fees, subscriptions, page purchases, or other charges shown through the Platform or separate agreement.
Applicable taxes and authorized charges may apply.
53. No Guaranteed Search Ranking
ReverSEO is designed to create useful, search-focused content and improve opportunities for organic visibility.
Search engines and artificial-intelligence search systems operate independently from ReverSEO.
ReverSEO does not guarantee that a particular page will achieve a specific ranking, indexing position, traffic level, lead count, revenue amount, first-page placement, or artificial-intelligence citation.
54. No Guaranteed Business Results
Business results depend on many factors outside ReverSEO's control.
ReverSEO does not guarantee revenue, profit, customer acquisition, bookings, sales, market share, conversions, search traffic, or other particular commercial outcomes.
55. Third-Party Services
ReverSEO may interact with third-party hosting providers, payment processors, artificial-intelligence providers, analytics providers, search engines, domain providers, email providers, infrastructure providers, and other technology services.
Third-party outages, policy changes, failures, restrictions, or technical problems may affect Platform functionality.
56. Platform Availability
ReverSEO may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure failures, security events, third-party outages, technical problems, or other circumstances.
Continuous uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
57. Changes to ReverSEO
ReverSEO may add, remove, replace, modify, improve, redesign, limit, or discontinue functionality as the Platform evolves.
58. Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence
Artificial-intelligence functionality must be used responsibly.
Users should not deliberately attempt to use ReverSEO to generate illegal, malicious, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise seriously inappropriate material.
Automated output should not automatically be assumed to be factually correct.
59. Respect for Other Businesses
ReverSEO is designed to help legitimate businesses compete effectively.
Competition does not require dishonesty.
Do not fabricate competitor information, impersonate competitors, publish fake reviews, intentionally sabotage competing businesses, or use ReverSEO to pursue personal grudges.
60. Common-Sense Conduct
Not every inappropriate behavior can reasonably be listed in a written agreement.
Users are therefore expected to exercise reasonable professional judgment.
Do not intentionally use ReverSEO in a manner that a reasonable person would recognize as dishonest, malicious, abusive, reckless, invasive, destructive, or grossly unprofessional merely because that exact behavior is not described word-for-word in these Terms.
61. No Circumvention
If an activity is prohibited under these Terms, a user may not evade that restriction by causing an employee, contractor, consultant, affiliate, automated system, artificial-intelligence system, related business, or another person to perform the prohibited activity on their behalf.
62. Records and Account Activity
ReverSEO may maintain records reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and protect the Platform.
These records may include:
- account activity;
- login activity;
- billing records;
- page activity;
- publishing history;
- security events;
- system errors;
- legal acceptance records;
- IP addresses associated with material security or acceptance events;
- browser or user-agent information;
- and other operational records.
63. Terms Acceptance Records
ReverSEO may record a user's acceptance of these Terms for security, compliance, contractual, and recordkeeping purposes.
Acceptance records may include:
- the user's account identifier;
- the version of the Terms accepted;
- the date and time of acceptance;
- the IP address associated with the acceptance request;
- browser or user-agent information;
- the user's applicable account or portal type;
- and other information reasonably necessary to document acceptance.
64. Privacy
ReverSEO may maintain a separate Privacy Policy governing the collection, use, processing, storage, and handling of personal information.
65. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REVERSEO IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
REVERSEO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR APPROPRIATE FOR EVERY PARTICULAR BUSINESS PURPOSE.
66. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REVERSEO, REVERSETARGET.COM, AND THEIR OWNERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE PLATFORM.
THIS MAY INCLUDE LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOST SEARCH RANKINGS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW.
67. User Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to be responsible for claims and liabilities arising from their unlawful use of ReverSEO, infringement caused by materials they provide, intentional misuse of credentials, knowingly false content they cause to be published, or other material violations of these Terms.
68. Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights
Unauthorized copying, disclosure, reproduction, misuse, reverse engineering, or misappropriation of ReverSEO proprietary materials may cause substantial harm.
ReverSEO reserves rights and remedies available under applicable contractual, copyright, trademark, trade-secret, computer-security, unfair-competition, and other laws.
69. Injunctive and Equitable Relief
Where permitted by law, ReverSEO may seek injunctive or equitable relief concerning unauthorized disclosure, copying, misuse, or misappropriation of confidential information, credentials, intellectual property, or trade secrets.
70. Governing Law and Additional Agreements
Certain customers, developers, employees, contractors, Partner Organizations, or other participants may also be subject to separate written agreements.
Separate signed agreements may contain additional confidentiality, intellectual-property, employment, contractor, governing-law, dispute, security, or other obligations.
71. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
72. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce that provision later.
73. Changes to These Terms
ReverSEO may update these Terms as the Platform, laws, business practices, security requirements, or services change.
ReverSEO may require users to affirmatively accept a newer version of the Terms before continuing to use the Platform.
74. User Acknowledgement
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that:
- you have had an opportunity to review these Terms;
- ReverSEO contains proprietary technology and confidential information;

75. Final Professional Conduct Statement
ReverSEO was created to help legitimate businesses compete, grow, communicate clearly, and improve their visibility.
Use it accordingly.
Do not abuse the Platform. Do not copy the Platform. Do not steal its code, credentials, data, prompts, proprietary systems, or confidential information.
Do not use knowledge obtained through privileged access to intentionally recreate ReverSEO somewhere else.
Do not intentionally publish information you know is false. Do not harass people. Do not impersonate people. Do not intentionally use excessive profanity or deliberately offensive content on professional business pages.
Treat access to ReverSEO technology, customer information, systems, credentials, and intellectual property with the same care you would expect others to use when accessing your own confidential business information.
Use reasonable judgment. Act responsibly. Act professionally.
76. Copyright and Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.
Access to ReverSEO is a limited right to use the Platform for its intended and authorized purposes. It is not a transfer of ownership or a license to reproduce, clone, commercialize, repurpose, or create derivative competing technology from ReverSEO proprietary materials.
